Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Kindle case, you may return it under the following conditions:

 Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

• Kindle cases must be unused and in their original packaging.

• You can choose to receive either a full refund or a replacement case.

 Return Shipping

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

 Exchanges

• If you choose to exchange your item, a replacement will be sent after we receive the returned case
